How to Qualify for a Habitat Home
Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County is a fair housing lender. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, age, marital status, or sources of income.
Family Services hosts homebuyer sessions on the 1st and last Wednesday of each month at the Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County offices located at 1920 Hutton Street in Wilmington. Space is limited, so please call us at (302) 652-0365 ext. 118 to reserve your seat. The session starts promptly at 12:15 p.m. We ask that you please do not bring children to these homebuyer orientation meetings.
